Home-made protein banana and berry cake.
- 100g of oats
- 100g flour
- lump of butter
- 3 eggs
- 4 scoops of whey protein powder
- 3 very ripe bananas
- three handfuls of mixed berries/blueberries
- vanilla extract – 2 capfulls
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
- 50g flax seeds
Blend the bananas, milk and honey to a smooth paste, then mix the paste in with all the other ingredients in a large bowl with a electric cake whisk thingy. Pour into cake tin, put in middle of pre heated oven.
Cook @ 120 degrees for 40 mins.
